How do I return an item?

You may return products purchased from the Jamboree 2027 Official Shop within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Returned items must be complete, unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging included. Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the item's value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features and functioning.

How to make a return

• Start your return online using our convenient return form: start a return .
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the required shipment details.
• Pack the products securely, preferably in their original packaging.
• Hand your parcel to the selected carrier or take it to the chosen drop-off point.

You may also return your order by post or courier. Please include your proof of purchase and a written withdrawal statement with your name, order number and contact details.

The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. The return deadline is met if you submit the withdrawal statement or send the parcel before the 14-day period expires.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue the refund within 14 days. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
