The Janysport Grot 20 is a simple, single-compartment backpack with a capacity of approximately 20 liters, which, in addition to many outdoor applications, is also ideal as an EDC (Everyday Carry) backpack. It is both reliable and functional, thanks to the JPS (JANYSPORT PACK SYSTEM), a panel-based, integrated packing and load-carrying system.

The backpack is reinforced with a foam insert that can be removed or replaced. On the front of the main compartment, there is a large zippered pocket. The backpack's very simple carrying system consists of wide shoulder straps made of fairly firm polyurethane foam covered with polyester, thick enough and well-contoured to provide great comfort during use. Moreover, the straps feature very practical buckles that allow for quick and easy removal. Other components of the carrying system include a chest strap that helps with strap positioning and a permanently sewn-in 40mm wide waist belt that effectively relieves pressure on the spine.
